The strategy of Continuum Church can be summed up in the simple phrase “stop, drop, and roll.”

STOP: We gather each week to interrupt the frantic pace of life and connect with God.
DROP: We meet in groups of ten to let go of our baggage and find true community.
ROLL: We put our faith in action by joining the under-resourced in addressing poverty and pain.
